I truly believe that by tracking all of our dietary variables we will encourage
ourselves to improve our habits. This isn't a website that is going to give you
advice. I'm not going to tell you what to eat. I'm not going to tell you what
exercises to do. I will maintain an accountability system for you.
When a doctor looks you in the eye and says, "Lose weight or find religion because if you don't lose weight you're going to die," then it's time, if not past time, to take things seriously. My doctor hasn't said this to me yet, but I expect he wants to. Be aware, this site only works if you are dedicated to making it work.
